By booking a service with Scrub Sisters, you agree to these terms and conditions. We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and tailored cleaning services to meet your needs.

2. Service Description

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleaning, regular maintenance, and specialized services. Our pricing is transparent and calculated based on the type of service and the characteristics of the space.

3. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by phone.
  • Payments are only made upon customer satisfaction with the service.
  • In case of cancellation, an email notification with details will be sent.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling or canceling your cleaning appointment. To avoid charges, we require at least one business day’s notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or those made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to the full cost of the cleaning service.
  • For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the preceding Friday.
  • Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the space to be cleaned.
  • Ensure access for the cleaning team on the scheduled date.
  • Review the service before completing the payment.
